Who this role is for:
- Actively licensed in at least one state and ready to sell now
- You want a remote-first opportunity and can work independently
- You’re coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
- You’re comfortable with a commission-based 1099 model
- You can consistently do calls, follow up and appointments
Agent Training / Coaching
Daily Coaching Call
- The Coaching Call has breakout rooms daily to help with your dials, presentations, and answer any questions you have outside of one on one calls with your mentor
- We have dial sessions every morning Monday-Saturday so you can watch top producers book appointments and help families!
- We also have a leaders call Fridays at 10 am EST for agents interested in hearing from Equis Financial CEO Barry Clarkson to help build their teams!
7 Step Training Website
- The 7 step training helps you connect with our one on one contracting specialist.

- Learn dialing scripts and watch agent videos
- Learn quoting software products
- Understanding the sales tools and how to run a successful appointment with a client
Compensation
This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity for licensed life insurance agents. Your income is directly tied to your production—meaning there’s no cap on earnings, but there’s also no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
We’re transparent about expectations: results come from consistent activity, follow-up, and learning the system. If you’re looking for a remote-first opportunity where your effort and skill determine your income, you’ll fit well here. You can also make money with renewals and building an agency.
You can earn a 105% contract in 30 days and a 120% in 90 days. Agency builders can earn up to a 140%! Promotion guidelines are based on production not politics! YOU EARN YOUR CONTRACT!
